- increased traffic on all Forest Knolls' major street
- increased weekday parking burden near bus and shuttle stop
- geoseismic and landslide hazard which could threaten nearby home
- destabilization of hillside by construction activities
- doubling population density, traffic and congestion on cul-de-sac of Crestmont Drive
